4 WEEK 'INTRODUCTION TO OPEN WATER'.

Each of the sessions will have a combination of land and water based safety information. Meeting in the carpark we will cover various topics including; reading and understanding weather forecasts and its effects on the water, rip currents and tides. We cover these topics and more before we go into the water each week. The course will be fun, lighthearted but informative. Your day and time slot will be the same each week.
